Training in Food Toxicology and Ingredient Safety Coming to MSU

CRIS will partner with the graduate program in Environmental and Integrative Toxicological Sciences (EITS) to provide doctoral training in food and ingredient safety. The EITS Program, in conjunction with CRIS, will provide customized education in mechanisms of toxicity, ingredient safety, regulatory and public health policy and risk assessment.
